Basically this is a prototype of a weight-loss workout that I plan on doing everyday after school.  Most of the exercises are broken down into 5 sets (i.e. /5), so you don't really tire yourself out while still getting a good workout.  The workout targets almost every muscle in the body and is designed to be executed at home.  If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, feel free to reply on the thread and i'll get back to you asap.

Leg stretch(10)
Shoulder stretch(10)
Back stretch(10)
Wall pushup(50)
Jumping jack(500)
Situp(250)
Short cord pull(125
Lunges(250)
Bicycle crunch(250)
Long cord pull(250)
Stair step(250)
Crunch(250)
Decline swiss pushup(25)
Swiss crunch(250)
Long cord lift(250)
Pushup(50)
Squat jump(125)
Short cord lift(125)
One arm pull(100)

The cord exercises are done with a bungee-like cord that I received for my birthday (I don't honestly know the technical term), but feel free to edit or modify that portion of the workout.
