A big update has been made to the workout and diet sections of the fitness profiles.  Now you can break your caloric intake down into specific meals throughout the day along with an explaination for each.  Your workouts can now be scheduled throughout a four week span which we now call the "fit month" rather than just one week.

The fit month is an interpretation of a perfect month for fitness planning.  Many people said that they plan their weekly workouts starting on Monday.  So in the fit month, Monday is the first day of the week (this was also true for the prior single-week planner).  The fit month is 28 days long, so the Sunday of the fourth week is day 28.  You can schedule up to 30 different workouts and specify exactly which days of the fit month you want to do each workout on.  This allows you to have a really unique workout schedule.  The setup especially is ideal if you want to implement shocking techniques on occasion, or if you have a plan that's more than 7 days long.

In the actual workout planner, you will have a chart showing all of the days in the fit month.  Check off the days when you would like to do the particular workout.  Each time you check off a box, that day will become darker according to how many workouts you have scheduled for that day.  This helps prevent unintentionally cluttered days.  After you make your plan, your fitness profile can calculate the relative "fit month day" to apply to the actual date.  So you still have all the same scheduling features and reminders.

As for your previous workouts and diets:  They have all been converted to fit in with the new format, and safely transfered and double checked for accuracy.  So there has not been any data loss during this update.
