What kind of plateaus have you run into (and more importantly, how did you get passed it)?

I think everyone who has lifted consistently has experienced a plateau or two.  I do the same thing I tell others.  Change it up, throw in a set or two of ladders (up the rack down the rack) super slows, HITT training there are hundreds of different ways to lift, by throwing in a few slight changes you get a renewed sense of accomplishment and break the plateau.  The easiest thing is to change your routine switch up the order of your lifts, it's not a huge change but you can see the difference.

I think one of my all time favorites is century training (one hundred reps; starting with 70, then a few second break and finish it off).  It especially comes in handy around when I'm trying to bulk up since during those periods I'm usually only lifting really heavy weights.

On a side note:  Good news, we hopefully will be getting around to releasing an ad campaign this week.

I haven't done century training in a long time.  Once the weights got bigger I kinda stopped the high rep training.  Something to look into since the workouts are getting a little stale.

Good to hear about the ad campaing
