As a personal trainer, you hear so often questions like "How long until I can get a six pack?" Or "What does it take to tone up my abs?" There are so many people who consentrate so much effort on their abs. The truth is that once you have a six pack, it can really be pretty easy to maintain. Follow some of the detailed guides provided in this month's content to show some real improvement on your abs. Then keep it up with a couple sessions of cardio each week and a consistent full body workout program--it doesn't even have to include a day just for training your abs. They stabalize you and support your body in so many exercises.
