People seem constantly to be looking for home workouts.  Not just those interested in losing weight, but even people who want to bulk up and build strength.  Although it is a little tougher to develop solid home workouts for these goals, than just burning fat, the benefits still stand:

     1. It's less time consuming
     2. there are no gym expenses
     3. it's easy to fit it into your day

In fact, a home workout really could be something that takes place during the entire day.  Just dropping to the floor for a few pushups sporadically throughout the day will show some results.  Or maybe people enjoy home workouts because they feel free to do whatever they want in their home.  If you want to do pushups in a towel while wearing the Spartan helmet you bought with the 300 DVD, go right ahead.

Regardless of why people may enjoy a good workout in their house, there is one major conflict: Most workouts are written with the assumption that the athlete is at the gym.  So where do you go do find effective workouts that can be done at home? Well, Kustom Fitness of course!  Our current releases go out to all of you who want to train at home.  We have some great tips for improving your workouts without the use of any fancy equipment (well, maybe some occasional resistance bands) for all goals.
